We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dan Henry timepiece, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for watches in unworn, original condition. All returns must include the original packaging, certificates, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box and protective outer packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the shipping label to your package and send it back to us using a trackable courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
